Biography
I am a qualified psychodynamic counsellor and psychotherapist for adults working in private practice
in Central London, a few minutes’ walk from Holborn and Tottenham Court Road stations.
I have gained several years of clinical experience, offering both focused short-term and longer-term
open-ended psychotherapy, in the NHS, student counselling in higher education and private practice.
Some of the areas I have worked on include anxiety, bereavement, compulsive behaviour, difficulties with
relationship and intimacy, lack of self-esteem, low mood and depression, personality disorder, identity issues,
separation, traumatic experiences, work related stress etc.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (www.bacp.co.uk),
working to its Code of Ethics, committed to providing therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.
I continue to develop my clinical expertise through professional development in specific areas with a particular interest in cultural and language differences.
